Looks like most of the things you hear about warts are actually untrue. They are quite safe. Even the most tidy person can get one, two or three warts. It is better to learn about simple home remedies to help you fight warts.
Warts are benign growths on the skin that usually appear on the hands, elbows and knees. They appear when the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) enters the upper layer of the skin - the epidermis, often through wounds or scratches. Children are generally more susceptible to warts than adults (young and immature immune systems may be the reason), however they can appear at any age and, what is most annoying, they are quite difficult to get rid of. 1. Flour yeast
Mix the yeast powder with castor oil until a fine paste is formed, then apply the mixture to the warts and leave overnight. It is better to wrap the warts with a bandage. Remove the bandage the next day and repeat the procedure if necessary.
2. Baking soda
You can also wash warts with baking soda. Dissolve baking soda in water and rinse warts on your hands or feet. Wait for the baking soda water to dry naturally and repeat until the warts disappear.
3. Diet
Your diet can affect and trigger the appearance of warts. Eat foods that boost your immune system, such as garlic, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, sunflower seeds, and rice.
4. Garlic
Garlic contains two main elements that are responsible for the health of your body: allicin and diallyl disulfide.
Apply chopped garlic or onion to warts, or eat fresh garlic. If you do not want to smell like Italian food, try swallowing 3 cloves of garlic three times a day, or chewing parsley to freshen up after garlic.
5. Hot water
Research shows that soaking warts in very hot water is beneficial because hot water will smooth out the warts and can kill the virus. Make sure the water is not too hot to prevent burns.
6. Vitamin C
Crush the vitamin C tablets and add a little water to make a thick paste. Apply pasta to warts and wrap. Vitamin C may be a little nervous, which will help the warts disappear faster.
7. Vitamin E
Open the vitamin E pill or capsule, apply a little oil on the warts and tie with an adhesive bandage. Repeat this procedure three times a day. Be sure to remove the bandage at night so that the affected area can breathe and start the next day with Vitamin E. oil.
8. Castor oil
The acid found in castor oil is used effectively to get rid of warts. Castor oil works well for flat and flat warts on the inside of the arm. Apply castor oil to warts with a cotton swab twice a day.
9. Radish
Grate the carrots finely and add enough olive oil to make a paste. Apply pasta to warts twice a day for two to three weeks, lasting for about 30 minutes.
10. Lemon juice
Treat warts with fresh lemon juice, then place finely chopped onions on top of warts and leave on for 30 minutes once a day. Treatment should be continued for two to three months for best results.
11. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera can also be a good solution for warts. Apply the leaf pulp to the affected area with a cotton swab and wrap with a bandage. Repeat this procedure daily until the warts disappear.
